From Sabang wharf, a motorized boat will take you to the entrance of the national park for 20 minutes. A boardwalk winding through dense jungle thickets will lead you to the mouth of the cave. Important Notes: Underground River tour permits are limited to a maximum of 1000 slots per day and should be booked ahead of time. Ideally a month before arrival. Minimum time for me to process the permits is atleast 3 days before arrival. This tour is subject to weather conditions. Tour inside the cave is always on group of 8-10 persons per boat as strict policy of the park due to operational limitations of the site. Tour is on first come first serve basis at the site.
